As promised here are some photos we took last night after we finished putting sealer on the grout and caulking the tile to the cabinets and counter top.
Angi and I so miss being able to use or 4×5 Sinar to shoot interiors with. These are shot with a Nikon DSLR and that’s why the perspective is off. You can only correct so much in photoshop. We’ll eventually get a digital back for our Mamiya RZ-67 that can be adapted to work on the Sinar with full perspective control. Anyone have $30 grand laying around???? LOL!
We are super happy with the installation. Originally the client was going to use the contractors tile guy to do the installation. We offered to do it for what they were going to charge her as a thank you for her patience. She is a great client and we took our time installing it as we would of if it were going into our house, and it shows. It was truly a learning experience for us and that knowledge will be put to use on future jobs. We have 3 backup versions of this backsplash that we intend to sell. One is just like this one, we’ll get them put up soon and they will also be on ebay.
